LUPOP-researchers receive grant from VINNOVA

LUPOP-researchers receive grant from VINNOVA in order to use artificial intelligence and deep learning methods together with data from registers and medical records to develop a new medical decision support tool. The overarching aim is to improve efficiency and increase equity in the treatment of among patients seeking emergency care due to chest pain.  The LUPOP infrastructure and the Data theme at Pufendorf institute for advanced studies at Lund university have been essential when conceptualizing and planning the project.
